Meet Dr. Desmond Wilson, M.D.

Dr. Desmond Wilson M.D., has carved out a niche in delivering comprehensive care in a healthcare system where men’s needs are often under-reported, unaddressed, and unmet. With years of experience in concierge medicine, he has catered to high-performing individuals, including well-accomplished leaders of industry, ensuring a level of attention and discretion that matches their unique lifestyles.

Dr. Wilson champions an active lifestyle, a principle he embodies through his passion for trail and mountain running. This commitment to wellness through activity is integral to the comprehensive health optimization plans he creates.

Dr. Wilson received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University, and further honed his expertise in Internal Medicine during his residency at the University of Pennsylvania. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and brings years of dedicated concierge care experience to his practice.


Meet Dr. Cheri Mah, M.D., M.S.

Sleep Optimization Specialist

Cheri D. Mah, MD, MS, is a sleep physician and Adjunct Lecturer at the Stanford Sleep Medicine Center. Over the past decade, her research has focused on the relationship between sleep and performance in elite athletes. Dr. Mah consults with professional teams in the NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB as well as international sports organizations on optimal sleep, travel, and performance strategies. She has worked with professional teams such as the World Champion Golden State Warriors (NBA), San Francisco Giants (MLB), San Jose Sharks (NHL), Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles (NFL), Toronto Blue Jays (MLB), among other teams. Dr. Mah’s experience also includes serving as the sleep expert for the Nike Performance Council, advising Supermoon Capital, and working with companies such as Gatorade, ESPN, Google, and various sleep technology startups. Her research and work have been featured in national and international media including the NY Times, ESPN, NPR, NBC Bay Area, Time, BBC, and the Wall Street Journal. Dr. Mah received her M.D. at the University of California San Francisco, and her M.S. in Biological Sciences at Stanford University. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine having completed Internal Medicine Residency at Kaiser San Francisco and a Sleep Medicine Fellowship at the Stanford Sleep Medicine Center.


Meet Kai Samiere, RDN

Sports Dietitian

As a dedicated sports dietitian, Kai brings a profound understanding of the critical role nutrition plays in achieving balance and peak performance. Driven by a commitment to dispel misinformation, he leverages evidence-based research to guide individuals toward their maximum potential through informed and consistent nutritional choices.

Kai’s career in sports dietetics was sparked by an influential internship with Stanford’s Sports Nutrition team. An avid surfer himself, he applies his nutritional expertise to enhance both his own performance and daily lifestyle, incorporating practices like yoga and meditation for holistic well-being.

At Silo Health, Kai’s approach perfectly complements our model of personalized, evidence-based care. He is passionate about offering direct coaching, nutrition education, or engaging discussions about the power of food in fueling life and passions. Kai is enthusiastic about helping clients nourish their bodies and excel in their sports or hobbies.

Meet Mark Eaton

Director of Sports Performance & Testing / DEXA Technician / Personal Trainer

Mark, originally from Las Vegas, has been deeply engaged in the world of sports since his youth. This early love for sports ignited a passion for health and fitness, which led him to San Francisco in 2012 to study Kinesiology. With extensive experience in gym training and working in a physical therapy clinic, Mark expertly blends his knowledge of health, fitness, and wellness to create safe and effective workouts for all his clients.

Believing firmly in the transformative power of fitness, Mark is dedicated to training both the body and mind. His approach is rooted in the conviction that fitness is not just about physical strength, but about forging the best version of oneself.
